The cBot uses amplification to create hundreds of millions of single-molecule DNA templates simultaneously. An on-instrument barcode reader records the reagents and flow cell used for each experiment.
Several cluster kits are compatible for use on the cBot, HiSeq, HiSeq X, GAIIx, TruSeq, and rehybridization.The Read 1 sequencing primer (HP6) and HP10 for Nextera librairies.
Note each kit contains a the required flow cell, a flow cell-specific manifold, and the required reagents for clustering the flow cell on the cBot.
