This is a pre-owned Agilent 1100 Capillary HPLC System including Agilent Chemstation B.04.03 data capture and analysis software.

The system has been PMed, all tests were run successfully, and the system is ready to run samples. The flow cell and the various valves have been cleaned and all capillaries and fittings are included. The HPLC system also comes with the monitor, PC with Chemstation license for spectral 3D fully activated, mouse, keyboard, all CAN crossover cables required and the power cables for all the modules.

This is a pre-owned Agilent 1100 Capillary HPLC System including Agilent Chemstation B.04.03 data capture and analysis software.

The HPLC modules included are the following:

– G1314A variable wavelength detector (VWD) or G1315 Diode Array Detector (DAD)

Wavelength range for DAD: 190 – 950 nm

Wavelength range for VWD: 190 – 600 nm

– G1389A Micro Autosampler MicroAls

Sample capacity: 100 x 2 ml vials in 1 tray

Settable injection volume: 0.01 to 8 μl with small loop capillary

– G1330A Autosampler Thermostat

– G1316A column compartment

Temperature range: 10 degrees below ambient to 80 °C

Column Capacity: 3 x up to 25 cm

– G1376A Capillary Pump CapPump

Recommended flow: 1 – 20 μl/min. 0.1 – 2.5 ml/min (with the electronic flow sensor bypassed)
