This is a preo-owned Kinematica Benchtop Homogenizer Polytron Dispering System PT 2100 in excellent condition.

This instrument is a benchtop lab homogenizer for a wide range of application including dispersing, homogenizing, emulsifying, suspending, wet milling, and mixing.

The Homogenizer rapidly breaks down plant and animal tissue for chemical analysis, prepares emulsions and samples for titrations, and extracts pesticides in soil samples. The PT 2100 Polytron Hologenizer is capable of completely homogenizing small tissues to fine emulsions and suspensions. The unit is also capable of homogenizing the heart, liver, uterus, and smooth muscle for the isolation of mitochondria, intact golgi apparatus, and nuclei, as well as grains and seeds for nutritional analysis.

The item provides an aggregate generator  that works via the rotor/stator(shear  gap) system 11,000 to 30,000 RPM, tip speeds up to 22 m/s. The PT 2100 can operate volumes 0.1-2000ml.
