Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note this only applies specifically for all consumables.

Instruments:

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Innovtrendlab instrument purchase, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee and 60-day warranty from the date you received your order. To return an instrument, please contact us at info@innovtrendlab.com or 888-719-2996 before shipping your product. We will provide instructions on how to properly pack and ship the instruments to our facilities. Once we receive your returned instrument, we will inspect it and issue you a refund upon approval. Refunds are generally processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs associated with the returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Consumables:

All consumable products such as MSI Ship Kits or Oil Mist Filters are not eligible for 60-day warranty. 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
